Due to the 2019-2020 Pandemic of the Novel Coronavirus (covid-19), we are taking extra precautions with the intake of each client, the health history of both clients and staff as well as sanitation & disinfection practices.
With this, we have a new protocol for all aspects of your appointment including check in, during your treatment and checking out. These are in place not to be a hindrance, but to ensure safety for you, your family, our staff and our families as well. Thank you for understanding.
Prior to Your Appointment:
If you have not already, a COVID-19 Liability Form is required. You can do this online by clicking here. If you forget, we can have you sign one upon arrival but please allow an extra 10 minutes. This form will be required for your treatment to proceed. No exceptions.
Day of Appointment
Arrival Time:Please arrive 5-10 minutes early and text us at 904.222.6053 or 904.310.5609 to let us know you are here. Please stay in your car as we will come out and bring you the liability waiver form if needed and then escort you in when it is time for your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE LOBBY. If you do come in and we have someone in our studio, kindly find a seat on the leather sofa around the corner. NOT in the lobby. We will be with you shortly.
Masks:While we do not require a mask, we recommend one for entry/exit from our building as well as during checkout.
Feeling off?We will not be taking your temperature but if you feel unwell, have a cough or sore throat or feel feverish, of think you may have been exposed to COVID-19 or someone who has it, we ask that you kindly reschedule. Please see liability waiver form for all symptoms to be aware of.
Guests:With the exception of clients 18 & under (who require a parent or guardian with them) we ask that you do not bring any guests with you to your appointment.
Once Inside and During Your Treatment:
Wash your hands: once you are inside our studio, we will provide a sink, soap and a towel for you to wash and dry your hands. Sanitizer will also be readily available.
Change clothes:We will step out to let you change into your spa wrap. A sanitized bin will be provided for you to place your clothes in, shoes stay on the floor. Climb into bed as normal and we will proceed.
Gloves & Mask:I will be wearing gloves and a mask throughout the duration of your treatment. While this is not a far stretch from what I have done in the past, it can affect certain aspects of your treatment. Our Studio Coordinator Jan will also be wearing a mask while working.
Chit Chat: As much as I want to hear ALL the latest with you, please minimize talking. I realize this may prove as difficult as not hugging you, but we will catch up later. Of course, we will discuss your treatment and answer any questions prior to starting and go over any further health questions as well.
Dirty Laundry:Once finished, I will step out and let you change. A hamper will be readily available for you to place your spa wrap in. Get dressed and come through the door to our office to check out.

Need product?Let us get it for you! To minimize things, allow us to get the products off the shelf for you. Simply put, don't touch!
Payment:Please, no cash. We will take credit cards (our machine will be sanitized between each client) and local checks. If you prefer, we can also send you an invoice to pay online. All pens and touched surfaces (clip boards, doorknobs, etc.) will be sanitized between each appointment.
Rebooking:Do not forget to rebook your next treatment! Given I am spacing appointments out more between clients, I will be taking less clients per day. Be sure to book your next one or two appointments before you leave to ensure continuity.
Product & Gift card Pickup
We realize you may run out of products between appointments-we have you covered! Please call or email us to let us know a) what you need and b) set a time. This allows us to get your purchase together and send you an invoice. From there, we can do curbside pick up or set a time for you to come in between clients.
In addition to these extra steps, we will be adding more precautions on top of our regular sanitation protocols. If you would like to review our enhanced procedures, please let us know as we will be happy to share them with you.
