Our Story

Laurie Moore founded L. Moore Aesthetics in 2017 to provide professional skin care services outside of local resorts, and to create a relaxing environment for those that live on and around Amelia Island.

We have since become the local go-to for skin care services. Whether you are hoping for a relaxing treatment, some brow beautification, or a clinical skincare plan to help address your skincare concerns, our staff is here to help.

We strive to provide a luxurious experience from the moment you walk into our peaceful studio and throughout the entirety of your service. We work tirelessly to offer the best products, treatments, and modalities to help bring out the most beautiful you.

Meet the Founder

Laurie has worked in the skin care industry for 30 years, and has been a licensed aesthetician for over 15 years. Born and raised in Seattle, Laurie moved to Amelia Island in 2011, where she lives with her husband and daughter.

After several years of working in skincare education and sales, and five years in the spa at the nearby Ritz Carlton, it was time to branch out. In 2017, L. Moore Aesthetics was born. In 2021, it expanded into its current location.

Laurie is deeply passionate about the skincare industry and continuously expands her knowledge and skills by attending training nationwide. She has worked hard to cultivate a team of talented women that are equally as passionate about beauty, wellness, and skincare
